Thomas V. Lomino, Esq.

Tom has over twenty years of experience working on a wide variety of litigation matters, with both a Midtown Manhattan law firm, and in-house with one of the largest pharmaceutical companies based in the United States. Initially as a paralegal, and later as an attorney admitted to practice in New York in 2012.

This experience includes litigating large environmental pollution insurance coverage cases representing the London Insurance Market and other insurers. Tom has extensive experience working on highly technical and sophisticated case matters concerning subject areas such as petroleum production, refining, and distribution, vehicle manufacturing, shipbuilding, and steel production.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Tom worked as a paralegal for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world in their corporate headquarters’ Labor & Employment legal department. There, he investigated, prepared and submitted formal company responses to federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity administrative agency charges and inquiries. In addition to these duties, he also drafted and reviewed settlement agreements related to these employment matters, as well as commercial contracts with company vendors and contractors.

Tom earned his Juris Doctor at the Hofstra University School of Law in 2010, where he also attained Paralegal Certificate in 1996. He graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1993, with his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice (with honors). He currently lives on Long Island. In his spare time, he is a published aviation photographer, with his work featured by Airbus, CFM International, Universal Jet, and published by Smithsonian Air & Space Magazine, NBC News, and The Daily Mail. In addition, he has served as a docent at the Cradle of Aviation Museum at Mitchel Field.
